My FAVE Chai recipe!
12 cardamom pods 8 black peppercorns 8 whole cloves 4 inch piece of ginger- sliced 4 cinnamon stick 2 star anise 1 vanilla bean 1/8 tsp nutmeg 4 black tea bags 4 c water 1/4 c full fat coconut milk 1 T MCT or coconut oil 1 T grass fed butter 1/2 tsp chai stevia or sweetener of choice Add all spices except tea bags to water in a saucepan.
